If your order arrives damage or incorrect please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will be happy to assist you.

Costumer satisfaction is important to us and we will work with you to resolve any issues.

Due to the nature of handmade soap products, we cannot accept returns on used items .Refunds or replacements are offered only for items damaged during shipping. All products are crafted in small batches, colors  ,textures, and scents may vary slightly from bar to bar.
